In response to the threat of anthropogenic climate change, the Province of British Columbia introduced innovative legislation and policies that go far beyond those in other North American jurisdictions. From 2011 to 2013, the Meeting the Climate Change Challenge (MC³) research team studied 11 community leaders during the first phase of the project.
