A conference sponsored by a US military official convened experts in Washington DC and London warning that continued dependence on fossil fuels puts the world at risk of an unprecedented energy crunch that could inflame financial crisis and exacerbate dangerous climate change. In addition, the insurance sector is moving rapidly to changing what it insures given the increasing costs of flooding and severe weather events. It would appear that a tipping point for action is fast approaching with this kind of ongoing dialogue, creative alliances and leaders. This documentary is a powerful personal and scientific story about the need for having this concept deeply embedded in all our communities.
