Appointed March 2000, Konrad Siu is the designated Director of Infrastructure Planning responsible for the management of the City of Edmonton's Office of Infrastructure. Konrad has 24 years of progressively senior experience in the management of civic infrastructure. Prior to joining the Office of Infrastructure, Konrad was the General Supervisor of Strategic Planning for Drainage Services, where he led a team of 12 engineers and technicians to develop strategies, programs and projects to protect the environment and facilitate the construction, upgrade and rehabilitation of existing sanitary, storm and combined sewers. Konrad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree, both from the University of Manitoba. He is also a graduate of the University of Alberta's Master of Business Administration program.
