The 2017 Meeting the Climate Change Challenge Learning Exchange
On Friday, February 24, 2017, the MC3 2.0 Research Team hosted a virtual Peer-to-Peer Learning Exchange with a group of policy-makers and practitioners as well as leaders from NGO’s and the private sector. As part of the first phase of our research, we conducted interviews with participants from 11 Case Study Communities. During the summer of 2016, we re-interviewed a sub-sample of participants to track whether any changes had occurred in the development paths of their local governments. With interviewees and guests tuning in from across British Columbia, Professor John Robinson (Munk School of Global Affairs and School of the Environment, University of Toronto) discussed transformative change.
