I recently had the privilege of traveling to Italy and the experience of meeting two master ceramists in Montelupo, Italy. He has been making porcelain for over 45 years and was still working full-time at 85. The family that owned the porcelain factory and store were so welcoming and proud of their work and indeed, it was very beautiful. They have been creating ceramics with passion for generations and their pride in their work and love was so very evident.
