Four sitting MPS from Canada’s four major political parties are working together to fix democracy. In their new book, Turning Parliament Inside Out: Practical Ideas for Reforming Canada’s Democracy, they share ideas for improving Canada’s political institutions. As a “collaborative roadmap” for parliamentary reform, their aim is to increase “citizen control of Canada’s political institutions” and “restore public faith" in Canada’s democracy. Edited by Conservative MP, Michael Chong, Liberal MP, Scott Simms, and NDP MP, Kennedy Stewart, it features a variety of contributors including Green Party Leader, Elizabeth May.
