Information Architecture is even hotter than I thought
One of my responses to working for Ann on her research sites has been to collect material that circles the subject matter of MY discipline as a constant learning feed. This is MY discipline as opposed to Ann's, mine being the business of making information systems work; in this case, a nexus of research sites that constitute a web presence for a compelling cause and subject, sustainable communities. I also have another feed based on that subject matter as well.

At the moment I am working on many small projects. Setting up the listserve is proving difficult as it involves non-RRU members. The archive for the infrastructure project has been added to this tool. Our IT meeting is set for next Tuesday after the Infrastructure meeting. I would now like to write the text for the Case Study Tool so that it is in place for the next demo.

My hope is that the blogs will become research journals, a place to post updates on what you are working on, post articles or discussions of interest, and other things I haven't thought of yet.
site TODO list
- separate area for infrastructure case studies
- improve the WYSIWYG editor
- vocabularies to describe case studies (ie keywords)
- "if you liked this case study, you might also like..." -> can just use vocabulary instead
- list case studies by region, topic, author, small/med/large cities
- "most recent" and "most popular" case studies.
- e-dialogues "chat" function
- ability to upload video and pictures
- "sustainable community development" instead of "community sustainable development"
- subscription/notify module -> to notify when content is added to someplace that you're watching
- add text to front page and case studies page.
- must register to post comments, want captcha registration
- main text should say "Sustainable Community Development"
